Celebrating
30 Years
The Performing Arts Company is a very successful amateur theatre company based in Hedge End near Southampton.
Set up in Hedge End in 1992 for the benefit of the young people of the local area, to perform in the arts under constructive learning to performance level. In the last 30 years we have rehearsed and performed over 80 productions, from musicals, murder mysteries, pantomimes and concerts.
We have rehearsals at Burridge Sports and Social Club and Burridge Village Hall, our performances take place at The Berry Theatre and Hedge End Village Hall.
We generally perform three main shows a year, our summer shows and winter pantomimes are usually July and November and are chosen from the shows open to amateur companies to perform.
Whilst the format for our cabarets are arranged by company members themselves, giving a wide diversity of programme and the chance to perform their favourite musical numbers, bought together with some great choreography brining a show that can be enjoyed by all.
We can also arrange smaller performances for local clubs and associations within Hedge End and surrounding areas.
